ByteHarbour
Data Governance

How can operational data remain interoperable and controlled across distributed edge environments?

Secure interoperability and governed data sharing.

What it does

System behaviour

ByteHarbour ensures the right data reaches the right people under the right controls.

Modern defence, security and infrastructure environments generate large volumes of edge-driven data from cameras, sensors, ISR platforms and AI analytics systems. ByteHarbour ensures this operational data can move between systems, organisations and security domains while retaining its classification context, handling rules and releasability policies. Rather than relying solely on network boundaries, ByteHarbour embeds security and policy context directly within the data objects themselves, allowing information to retain its governance wherever it travels.

Position in the ecosystem: Within the Espanaro platform, ByteHarbour governs how operational data generated and processed by Cognisight and Pulse Sentinel is packaged, labelled and released downstream. It enforces classification, handling and releasability rules before any data leaves the platform boundary.
